Elon Musk introduces higher-priced subscription tier with no ads

Twitter CEO Elon Musk revealed on his own account that the firm will be implementing a subscription service that will allow users to see fewer adverts.

This would be in addition to the company’s paid membership options, which offer a better experience than the free tier (e.g. edit button, verification check mark, etc.).

Twitter CEO Elon Musk has unveiled Twiter Blue, a new subscription service that provides users with free blue verification check marks. This service also allows users to achieve higher priority in the News Feed and submit longer videos.

It is presently available in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, and Japan for $11 per month for Apple’s iOS and Google’s Android mobile operating systems.
