Android devices dominate smartphone download speeds
Apple’s iPhone 14 Pro Max drops to second place in the latest mobile device download speed test.
It now ranks third, after two Android devices that surpassed Cupertino technology after grabbing first place in Q3 2023.
This new test comes from Ookla’s most recent report, and it is also part of the fastest internet service providers test. Because of security concerns, 49 percent of customers are switching from Google’s Android to Apple’s iOS, and Cupertino’s system is more secure.
Changes in smartphone performance in terms of download, upload, and latency speeds are also significant indicators, and they reveal a lot about a device’s capabilities.
