Administrators can limit the number of apps available in Windows 11’s new kiosk mode

In the latest Windows 11 Insider Preview build released to the Dev Channel, Microsoft is testing a new multi-app kiosk mode lockdown feature for IT admins.

Multiple people can use the same Windows 11 device with different pre-defined sets of apps and Windows preferences, thanks to the new feature.

Microsoft intends to add support for Intune/MDM and provisioning package configurations in the near future.

This mode may be useful for front-line workers, retail, education, and testing, where very specific OS configurations are frequently required.
