Twitter icon to get a new design

Twitter’s icon is getting a new design. On Friday, the business disclosed the changes in a thread on its design account.

Twitter stated that the goal was to develop a consistent group of symbols that are “bold in shape and style but also accessible and a little cheeky.”

The updates follow the launch of the company’s new visual design language in August 2021, which includes the introduction of the Chirp font across the app.
