TikTok is currently testing a new Horizontal Full-Screen Mode on a small number of users. It enables them to view films in the same way that they would on YouTube.

Most users can only watch TikTok videos in vertical mode for now. The new feature includes the “full screen” option that YouTube viewers are accustomed to.

Users of the China-based video-sharing service can now upload videos lasting up to 10 minutes.

These lengthy videos are finally getting their long-awaited full-screen mode. It should be noted that certain content creators have chosen to upload their videos horizontally. They would have to ask their viewers to “turn your phone off” at the start of their video.
