Reliance Retail to sell 2% stake in the company

Reliance Retail, the promoter of Just Dial, plans to sell a 2% interest in the company on the open market.

Just Dial provides local search and e-commerce services via its website, mobile apps, and phone number.

Just Dial shares closed 4.30 percent higher on the BSE today, at Rs 619.55 per share. Promoter and promoter group companies collectively own 76.98 percent of Just Dial.

Last year, Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Retail had purchased sole ownership of 25-year-old Just Dial for Rs 3,497 crore.
