Ola Electric Introduces ‘Ola Care Subscription’

Ola Electric introduces the ‘Ola Care Subscription’ to provide after-sales support for its electric vehicles.

Ola Care package offerings include free labour on service, a theft assistance helpline, and roadside and puncture support. Customers get complete access to Ola’s service network with the subscription plans.

Ola’s new premium fleet will be driven by top-rated drivers and will offer features such as 100% trip guarantee after a cab is assigned.

Over the next two years, Ola Electric, Ola’s EV business, expects to launch a number of electric two-wheeler vehicles, including premium motorcycles. The company also plans to launch an electric automobile in 2024.
