The major streamer’s senior brass has already stated that they are working to address the password-sharing issue on the site.

Password sharing was identified as a concern by Netflix analysts as early as 2019.

Netflix has begun to explore steps to prevent password sharing. These precautionary measures will be officially implemented for Netflix users in early 2023.

Password-sharing users will face no repercussions as a result of the crackdown. Instead, you’ll only have to pay an extra $2.99 each month to use the streamer.
