Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online hindered by Microsoft 365 service disruption


Microsoft Teams and Exchange Online are affected by the Microsoft 365 outage.

Customers worldwide are reporting delays, sign-in failures, and issues accessing their accounts as a result of an ongoing outage affecting multiple Microsoft 365 services.


For the past 8 hours, users have been asked to relogin, emails have been stuck in queues and are not being delivered, and others have reported being unable to access their Exchange Online mailboxes via any connection method they tried.

The Exchange Online hosted email platform for businesses and the Microsoft Teams communication platform, as well as SharePoint Online, the Graph API, and Universal Print, are all affected.

Microsoft has stated that it is redirecting traffic to a different, healthy infrastructure while it investigates the root cause of this outage.

This outage follows a Cloudflare incident this morning that brought down hundreds of high-profile online platforms and services.

Another outage in November prevented users from accessing files stored on the cloud storage services SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Office, and Microsoft Teams.
