Indian Air Force team took part in multiple missions in the first phase of Pitch Black 2022
The Indian Air Force (IAF) fighters participated in the exercise Pitch Black 2022 with fighters and personnel from 17 other countries as part of military diplomacy aimed at strengthening relations and exchanging best practises.
The contingent, led by Group Captain YPS Negi focused on Large Force Employment warfare and deployed with four Su-30 MKI fighters and two C-17 planes.
They conducted multi-domain air combat missions in a complex environment and share best practises with the other participating air forces.
The Indian Air Force’s frontline Sukhoi fighters completed a bilateral exercise called ‘Udarashakti’ with the Royal Malaysian Air Force, which the Indian said will “augment security in the region.”
