While the Encevo and Creos customer portals were unavailable, the services were not disrupted. Customers should reset their online account credentials.

On Saturday, the ALPHV/BlackCat ransomware group added Creos to its extortion site, threatening to publish 180,000 stolen files totaling 150 GB.

There is no set time for the fulfilment of this threat, but hackers have promised that it will happen later today (Monday).

BlackCat is thought to be a rebranded DarkSide operation that shut down due to law enforcement pressure.
