Anonymous hacks the website of the Russian Ministry of Defense

Anonymous claims to have hacked the Russian Ministry of Defense database and leaked the information of 305,925 people who are expected to be mobilised in the first of three waves of mobilisation.

The database contains Russian government officials’ phone numbers, emails, and passwords.

Hackers are planning how to use them to undermine Putin’s regime.

Cybersecurity firms such as disBalancer and Hacken have created a free app that they claim allows people to conduct cyberattacks against Russian websites.

Another anonymous group has created a website tool that allows anyone with an internet connection to participate in DDoS attacks against Putin’s regime.
