Apple Files an Appeal in Response to UK Privacy Concerns

Apple has filed an appeal to the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) on its App Tracking Transparency feature.

The iPhone manufacturer believes that the investigation must be reopened because the device was released too quickly. The CMA reiterates its commitment to defending its position and conducting its investigation within the statutory timeframe.
