Apple eliminates workplace harassment prohibition clauses

Apple will no longer ban employees from speaking out about workplace harassment and discrimination.

This comes as a result of an independent evaluation of the company’s non-disclosure agreement (NDAs).

A group of treasurers requested that the Securities and Exchange Commission investigate the matter as a result of the movement and multiple petitions filed.

The National Labor Relations Board also investigated Apple when employees complained about the company’s working conditions.
