A rug pull nearly destroys the GameFi project, DeFi Protocol suffers a massive hack
Following a rug pull, the value of a popular play-to-earn (P2E) project has dropped by 99%.
Another decentralised finance (DeFi) platform was hacked and lost millions of dollars.
The hack was carried out due to a “bug introduced by AMP” token.
HeroCat, a GameFi project, is showing signs of a rug pull.
The game’s token, HeroCat Token (HCT), which was created in late November, has lost more than 99.5% of its value.
Its all-time high (ATH) was around $0.22 in December, and it is now trading below $500.
Hackers targeted the DeFi platform Cream Finance on Tuesday, according to PeckShield.
