iPhone 15 Ultra to feature a new periscope zoom lens made by LG

Rumors say that the Apple iPhone 15 Ultra will use a pioneering new periscope zoom lens manufactured by LG.
Sony is also rumoured to be preparing to incorporate an LG zoom lens on its next Xperia 1 V smartphone.

According to reports, Apple is working with LG Innotek to improve the zoom technology in the next iPhone 15 series.
The iPhone 15 and 15 Plus are expected to include a new 48-megapixel primary camera. Without the use of software, it could possibly support up to nine times zoom.
The two lower-tier phones are expected to receive new enhancements such as a USB-C port and an A16 Bionic CPU.
