Volvo to unveil the new XC40 ICE SUV

On September 21, the new XC40 will be released in India.

It receives a slew of minor updates on the inside and out, as well as a new mild-hybrid petrol powertrain that is said to be 15% more fuel efficient than before.

The interior is the same as before, with a portrait-style touchscreen powered by an Android operating system (OS) and a panoramic sunroof.

The exterior and interior of the new Volvo XC40 SUV have been mildly redesigned.

Except for the new wood trim on the dashboard, the interior remains largely unchanged.

The exterior features redesigned pixel headlights with 84 LEDs, new wheels, and revised bumpers.

A 48-volt mild-hybrid system and a 13PS/40Nm e-motor are likely to accompany the new 2-litre turbo petrol engine.

The new powertrain is said to deliver up to 15kmpl more fuel economy than before.
