Swati Maliwal gets rape threats after demanding removal of Sajid Khan from Bigg Boss 16

Swati Maliwal, the director general of DCW, wrote to Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur, requesting that he remove filmmaker Sajid Khan from Bigg Boss due to allegations of sexual harassment made by several women during the #MeToo movement.

She has already filed a police complaint and is hoping that the authorities will take harsh action against the perpetrators.

People are outraged by director Sajid Khan’s participation in the current season of Bigg Boss 16.

The Indian Film and Television Directors’ Association (IFTDA) suspended him for a year after multiple women accused him of sexual harassment.
