Microsoft makes investment in Asian human resource software DarwinBox

DarwinBox, an Asian-based human resources software business, has received funding from Microsoft.

Microsoft and the State Bank of India provided cash to the company last quarter, although the specific sum was not disclosed.

Both organisations will integrate their ecosystems and co-innovate solutions to improve employee experience as a result of this relationship.

Integrations will be made with several platforms such as LinkedIn, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Viva, Azure Active Directory, and others.

DarwinBox raised $72 million in a round led by Technology Crossover Ventures and supported by Netflix, Meta Platforms, and Spotify.

Nivea, Starbucks, Dominos, T-Systems, AXA, Cigna, Adani, Vedanta, Mahindra, SBI General, Shoppers Stop, Kotak, NSE, Makemytrip, and Swiggy are among the company’s clients.
