Kailash Vijayvargiya’s remark on Agnipath scheme sparks political storm

The Bjp’s national general secretary, Kailash Vijayvargiya, has also become embroiled in the country’s ongoing protests over the Agneepath scheme today.

In fact, a video of him going viral on social media shows him saying that if he has to keep security in the BJP office, he will prioritise Agniveers. In fact, BJP leaders in Indore were attempting to explain the unique features of the Agneepath scheme.

Protests are taking place across the country in opposition to the Agneepath scheme. The chiefs of the three services held a joint press conference today and stated unequivocally that this plan will not be returned. In addition, the recruitment dates have been announced.

Vijayvargiya made the remarks during a press conference in Indore on Sunday morning. “With armed forces training, the youth will learn discipline and take orders. After getting trained and serving (in the forces) for four years, when he comes out… say he entered at 21 and came out at 25, he will have Rs 11 lakh in hand and a badge of Agniveer on his chest. So if I want to have security in this office, this BJP office, I will prioritise Agniveers, you can also do so”, he said.

Vijayvargiya sparked a lot of debate on social media.

Later, Vijayvargiya issued a clarification, but called the online trolling against him a “a conspiracy of the toolkit gang and insult of the karmaveers.”
