Adani Family to donate Rs 60,000 crore in charity on Gautam Adani’s 60th birthday
On the occasion of his father’s 100th birth anniversary and his 60th birthday, Gautam Adani announced that the Adani Family will donate Rs 60,000 crore to healthcare, education, and skill development across India.
He even stated that this contribution will aid in the development of an equitable, future-ready India.

The donation will go toward areas like healthcare, education, and skill development, which will serve as the foundation for a ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’.
The Indian tycoon, who is turning 60, joins the ranks of global billionaires such as Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg and Warren Buffett in donating large portions of their fortunes to charity. According to Forbes’ Real Time Billionaires list, Adani’s net worth is nearly $95 billion.
Previously, the Adani group invested around Rs.60,000 crore in the southern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh to build a 3,700 MV hydro storage project and a 10,000 MW solar power project.
