The Vivo T2x has been launched with a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC and a 144Hz display

The Vivo T2x has been quietly introduced in China as the company’s latest T series model. The latest Vivo phone succeeds the Vivo T1x, which was released last year. The Vivo T2x, like the Vivo T1x, has a waterdrop-style display notch and two back cameras. It does, however, come with a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC, which is a major upgrade. A 6,000mAh battery is also included in the new model. The Vivo 1Tx had a 5,000mAh battery and a MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor. The new Vivo model also has a 144Hz display, which is an improvement above the previous model’s 120Hz display.

Price and availability of the Vivo T2x
The base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage edition of the Vivo T2x costs CNY 1,699 (approximately Rs. 19,800). The phone is also available in an 8GB + 256GB option, which costs CNY 1,899 in China (roughly Rs. 22,100). The phone is available for pre-order on China’s JD.com, with pre-orders beginning on Tuesday. Customers who pre-order the Vivo T2x will receive a discount of CNY 100 (approximately Rs. 1,200).

According to the JD.com ad, the Vivo T2x will be available for purchase in China starting June 6. Details about the Vivo phone’s availability in additional markets have yet to be revealed.

The Vivo T1x was released in China in October at the same starting price of CNY 1,699 as the Vivo T2x, but with a 6GB + 128GB configuration. The previous-generation model has an 8GB + 128GB option for CNY 1,799 (approximately Rs. 21,000) and an 8GB + 256GB device for CNY 2,599 (about Rs. 22,000). (roughly Rs. 30,300).

Specifications for the Vivo T2x

The Vivo T2x is a dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone that runs on Android and has a 6.58-inch IPS display with a 144Hz dynamic refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The display also has a DCI-P3 colour gamut and a peak brightness of 650 nits. The Vivo T2x is equipped with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1300 SoC and 8GB of RAM as standard.

The phone has a dual-camera arrangement on the back, with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an f/1.8 lens. A 2-megapixel macro lens is also included in the camera configuration.

The Vivo T2x has a selfie camera sensor on the front for selfies and video chats. However, the front-facing sensor’s megapixel count has yet to be announced.

The Vivo T2x has a UFS 3.1 storage capacity of up to 256GB.

The Vivo T2x has 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack for connectivity. The phone also has a fingerprint sensor on the side.
