Subramanian Swamy deamns resignation from Home Minister Amit Shah

In the aftermath of India’s worsening situation, BJP leader Subramanian Swamy has criticised the Union government and demanded the resignation of Union Home Minister Amit Shah.
According to Subramanian Swamy, India is becoming like Kahmir when it was supposed to be the other way around.

Rest of India today is looking like Kashmir. We had instead wanted Kashmir to look like the rest of India. Has Amit Shah as Home Minister any clue about a solution ? If the situation does not come under control in the next 48 hours, should Shah remain as HM? Modi’s call.

He questioned Home Minister Amit Shah and demanded that he resign if the situation did not improve within 48 hours.

Protests erupted in several states on Friday in response to remarks made by Nupur Sharma, the now-suspended BJP spokesperson, about Prophet Muhammad. Following Friday prayers, protests were held in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Telangana, and West Bengal.
