Ramiz Raja lashes out at an Indian journalist following Sri Lanka’s victory over Pakistan in the Asia Cup Final

In the Asia Cup 2022 final, Pakistan was defeated by Sri Lanka by seven wickets.

Bhanuka Rajapaksa hit an unbeaten 71 to help Sri Lanka reach 170/6. Sri Lanka won their sixth Asia Cup.

Ramiz Raja was furious as he asked the journalist if he was from India and hinted that the Indian fans would be pleased with the outcome.

After Pakistan’s defeat in the Champions Trophy final, an Indian journalist asked Ramiz Raja to send a message to their fans.

Ramiz walked away and attempted to take the journalist’s phone.

Later, the journalist took to Twitter to ask why Ramiz tried to steal his phone, saying, “That’s not right, Mr Chairman.” Taking my phone was wrong.
