Newsweek CEO Dev Pragad suffers humiliation as the magazine’s false lawsuit against Olivet University dismissed

The case filed by Newsweek against Olivet University, World Olivet Assembly, and other defendants was dismissed by the New York Supreme Court. Despite significant concerns from its shareholder, the court concluded that Newsweek filed the case in breach of its bylaws. The magazine’s CEO personally sought dirt from angry former pupils in order to gain leverage for his avaricious purpose.
