Jeep’s new Grand Cherokee SUV is now available for pre-order, and the company has confirmed that it will be built in Ranjangaon. This will be Jeep’s fourth product manufactured in India. The interior of the Jeep Grand Cherokee has been updated with a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a segment-first 10.25-inch (26-cm) front passenger interactive display, and an instrument cluster panel.
Luxury SUVs such as the BMW X5, Audi Q7, Mercedes-Benz GLE, Range Rover Sport, Volvo XC 90, and others will compete with the Jeep Grand Cherokee. A lowered, tapered roof improves aerodynamic performance and economy without sacrificing cargo space or the vehicle’s commanding on-road presence. The SUV will be available in several trim levels, with prices starting at Rs 77.5 lakh.
