ICICI Bank launches iLens

ICICI Bank has launched ‘iLens,’ a new digital lending platform developed by Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). For borrowers, iLens digitizes the entire lending process, from loan application to credit disbursement.

Initially, iLens services will be available to customers looking for home loans.

On this platform, ICICI Bank intends to offer other retail loans such as personal, auto, and credit cards. The digital process simplifies onboarding by allowing for paperless login, document uploading, instant sanctions, property appraisal, and loan disbursement.

It also analyses the borrower’s credit score by utilising various data sources via API integrations. Borrowers can track the status of their loan applications in real time thanks to iLens’ built-in customer interface.
