Harbhajan Singh turns 42 years old

Harbhajan Singh became the first Indian to take a Test hat-trick and bowl two maiden T20I overs.

The bowler is married to Geeta Basra, with whom he has two children.

He has over 400 Test wickets to his name, finishing with 417 in 103 Tests, 269 in 236 ODIs, and 25 in 28 T20Is.

Bhajji was a member of the Indian team that won the 2007 T20 World Cup as well as the 2011 ICC World Cup.

Charanjit Singh, Harbhajan Singh’s coach, initially trained him as a batter.

After his coach died, he switched to spin bowling.

This followed 32 wickets in three Tests, including a hat-trick against Australia in 2001.

Bhajji was offered a job in the Punjab police force in 2002.
