FC Goa announces their Indian Super League squad of 27 players

FC Goa has announced a 27-man squad for the upcoming Indian Super League, with 10 players from the state.

The squad is led by former FC Goa player Carlos Pena and includes homegrown players such as Hrithik Tiwari, Leander D’Cunha, Saviour Gama, Lesly Rebello, Princeton Rebello, and Lalremruata HP.

Pena will be assisted by the coaching staff of Gouramangi Singh, Gorka Azkorra, Joel Dones, and Eduard Carrera.

FC Goa’s squad includes six foreign signings, one of whom is from an AFC member country.

Following their success on the Dev Team, Lesly and Lalremruata have been promoted.

Arshdeep Singh and Alvaro Vazquez have joined the team from Odisha FC and Kerala Blasters, respectively.

ISL’s ninth season begins on October 7.
