Elon Musk has asked on Twitter that Tesla shareholders vote on Twitter.’

Tesla issued its Shareholder Vote Guide, advising shareholders to vote in accordance with management’s recommendations.

Tesla shareholders will vote on a 3:1 common stock split, which will increase the number of stocks available to Tesla employees and investors.

The event will take place on August 4, 2022, at Tesla’s newly opened Gigafactory Texas.

Tesla provided an easy-to-access link for shareholders who want to vote but are unsure how.

Tesla also included a link to its Proxy Statement, which can be found here. Voting can be done over the phone, online, or by mail.
