Comcast’s cable networks will soon offer symmetrical download and upload speeds.

The company is migrating to DOCSIS 4.0, a high-bandwidth broadband standard that supports download speeds of up to 10Gbps and upload speeds of up to 6Gbps.

Customers in Colorado Springs, Augusta, Panama City Beach, and Philadelphia will not need to upgrade their modems to take advantage of the faster speeds.
