The first trailer for “Armageddon Time” premiered at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this summer.
Focus Features will release the film in limited release first, followed by a nationwide release November 11.
“Armageddon Time” stars Anthony Hopkins, Anne Hathaway and Jeremy Strong.
The film is set in New York in the 1980s Reagan era.
It explores the strength of family, the complexity of friendship and the pursuit of the American Dream.
Gray both wrote and directed the film based on his own childhood.
